Directions
- Boil water and vanilla in pot. Add rice, stir, then cover and cook 22 min until water is absorbed. Soften Breyers Cookies & Cream, stir sugar into rice, fold in ice cream, and cook 2 min more. Divide into bowls and top with whipped cream and cookie crumbs
- Add a sliced strawberries for extra fun!

- 1 tsp mexican vanilla extract
- 1 cup Urban Meadow® short grain rice
- 3 tbsp Urban Meadow® sugar
- 2 cups Breyers Cookies & Cream Ice Cream
- to taste Urban Meadow® whipped cream
- to taste chocolate cookie crumbs
- optional strawberries
