Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract, orange zest, and lemon zest
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Fold in the chopped dried cranberries
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
