Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet
  3. Top mixture with sliced strawberries and chocolate chips
  4. Put cookie sheet in freezer for 3 hours or until bark is firm
  5. Break bark into pieces and serve immediately or keep frozen until time to serve. Enjoy!
