Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 ºF. Line muffin cups with paper liners
- For dough, blend cream cheese and ½ cup butter until combined. Mix in flour and let chill for 15 minutes
- For filling, mix brown sugar, 1 tbsp butter, egg, and vanilla in a bowl until combined. Stir in pecans
- Remove dough from refrigerator and pat into muffin cups. Evenly fill each cup with filling then bake for 30 minutes until filling has set. Enjoy!

- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup Urban Meadow salted butter (divided)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Urban Meadow organic brown sugar
- 1 Urban Meadow egg, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup pecans, chopped
