Berry Patriotic Banana Pudding - Urban Meadow

Directions
- Slice 5–7 strawberries and set aside for decorating. Dice the remaining strawberries and bananas, reserving 5 banana slices for decoration. In a medium bowl, combine the diced bananas and strawberries
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cold milk and vanilla pudding mix for about 2 minutes until thickened. Gradually mix in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth
- In a separate bowl, use a handheld mixer to whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully incorporated
- In a 9 x 14-inch baking dish, layer vanilla wafers, the banana-strawberry mixture, and the pudding mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with a layer of pudding on top
- To decorate, arrange blueberries in a square in the upper-left corner. Cut the reserved banana slices into star shapes and place over the blueberries. Create flag stripes by alternating rows of the reserved sliced strawberries and vanilla wafers
- Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!

- 1 ea bunch bananas
- 1 ea (5 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tbsp ea vanilla extract
- 1 ea (16 oz) package vanilla wafers
- 1 pint ea Urban Meadow® heavy cream
- 1/3 cup ea Urban Meadow® organic powdered sugar
- 1 ea dry pint container strawberries
- 1 ea handful of blueberries
