Berry Bliss Tiramisu – Urban Meadow

Directions
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Gently fold in mascarpone and vanilla extract until smooth
- Dip each ladyfinger half quickly into the espresso and layer into the bottom of 4 serving glasses
- Spoon a layer of mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers, followed by a handful of raspberries and blueberries
- Repeat layers until glasses are filled, finishing with cream on top
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best flavor
- Just before serving, dust with cocoa powder. Top with fresh berries and ready to enjoy!

- 1 cup ea mascarpone cheese
- 1 tsp ea vanilla extract
- 1 cup ea brewed espresso, cooled
- 12 ea ladyfinger cookies
- ½ cup ea raspberries
- ½ cup ea blueberries
- 1 tbsp ea cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup ea extra berries for topping
