Directions
- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray
- In 4-quart saucepan, make both potatoes pouches as directed
- Reserve 1 cup cheese, 3 Tbsp bacon, and ¼ cup green onions for topping. Mix remaining cheese, bacon, onions, pepper, and cream cheese into potatoes. Spoon into a dish, top with reserved cheese, and bake 15–20 min until golden and puffed
- Garnish with reserved crumbled bacon and green onions

- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz)
- 10 slices Urban Meadow® Regular Bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- A sprinkle of green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 8 oz package Urban Meadow® Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
