Beer Battered Chicken Sliders - Weber

Directions
- Pour flour into a large bowl and season generously with Weber Kick’n Chicken seasoning. Add beer and combine until mixture forms a batter
- Add your chicken to the batter and set aside
- Heat a large pot with 1 1/2 inches of canola oil in it until it reaches a temperature of 325 degrees Fahrenheit
- Take your battered chicken and let any excess batter drip off before laying them in the oil. Cook each chicken thigh about 5 minutes per side or until golden brown
- Spread butter on the inside of each bun and toast on a hot pan. Once buns are toasted, serve with Weber’s Original BBQ sauce and coleslaw

- Spreadable butter, ea for toasting buns
