Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to 350°F
  2. Grease a large cast iron skillet with 1 tablespoon of butter, set aside
  3. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside
  4. In a large saucepan, melt 6 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook while stirring constantly for 3 minutes
  5. Using a whisk, add the milk in slowly, cook for an additional 4 minutes, until thickened
  6. Remove the pan from the heat, add in 1 tablespoon of the seasoning and 2 cups of the cheese, stir well to incorporate
  7. Add the pasta and brisket, and mix together well. Pour into skillet
  8. Mix the remaining cheese, breadcrumbs, and 1 tablespoon of the seasoning in a bowl. Sprinkle evenly over the skillet
  9. Place on grill and cook until golden brown and bubbly, 20-30 minutes

  • 7 tbsp ea unsalted butter
  • 1/2 lb. ea elbow pasta
  • 6 tbsp ea all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups ea whole milk
  • 2 tbsp ea Weber Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning
  • 1.5 cups ea grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup ea grated jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup ea breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup ea Weber Sweet & Thick Original BBQ Sauce
