Linguine with Mushrooms - Urban Meadow

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add pasta. Cook according to package instructions. Set ½ cup of pasta water aside
  2. Add 1 tbsp of butter to a large skillet and melt over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes or until mushrooms start to turn golden brown. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and remaining 2 tbsp of butter. Cook for 2 minutes
  3. Add the cooked linguine, parmesan cheese, pasta water and heavy cream to the skillet. Toss gently until the sauce coats the pasta evenly. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, fresh parsley and more parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!

  • 10 oz. ea linguine
  • 1 cup ea white mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tbsp ea Urban Meadow butter, divided
  • 2 tbsp ea Urban Meadow olive oil
  • 3 ea garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp ea Urban Meadow salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup ea Urban Meadow heavy cream
  • 1 cup ea Urban Meadow grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp ea fresh parsley, chopped
