Teriyaki Chicken Skewers - Urban Meadow

Directions
- In a bowl, combine cubed chicken and 1/3 cup homemade Urban Meadow teriyaki sauce. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Soak wooden skewers in water (if using) for 20–30 minutes to prevent burning
- Thread marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating for color and flavor
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 10–15 minutes, brushing with marinade, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred. Remove from grill, squeeze with lime juice, and sprinkle with scallions. Serve hot and enjoy!

- 1 1/2 lbs. ea chicken breast, cut into 1½ inch cubes
- 1 ea red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 ea yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 ea red onion, cut into chunks
- 2 ea limes, juiced
- 2 ea scallions, sliced (for garnish)
- Skewers ea (wooden or metal)
- 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp ea Urban Meadow teriyaki sauce (find the recipe in our recipe center!)
