Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil
  2. In a large bowl, add tomatoes, salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic and basil
  3. Let marinate ½ hour
  4. Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions
  5. Drain pasta and toss into tomato mixture
  6. Finish with cheese on top and serve

  • 1 Pint ea Yellow Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 Pints ea Red Cherry Tomatoes
  • To taste ea Sea Salt and Black Pepper
  • 6 Tbsp ea Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 ea Garlic Clove
  • 10 ea Basil Leaves
  • 3/4 cup ea Ricotta Salata Cheese
