Directions
- To a large bowl, combine your olive oil, ginger, garlic, gochujang, and soy sauce. Mix to combine ingredients
- Add your chicken wings and toss in the sauce to completely coat. Marinate the wings for at least 30 minutes (or 4-6 hours for optimal results)
- Remove the wings from the marinade and place them on a grill in a single layer. Grill for about 20-25 minutes, or until the wings reach and internal temperature of 165 F and a nice char on the outside
- Remove the wings from the grill and enjoy

- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp gochujang (adjust to desired spice level)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
