Directions

  1. Place the unthawed beef patty in a bowl and begin to season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, paprika and 1 teaspoon salt, using your hands to thoroughly cover
  2. Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat and cook the burgers for 3 minutes on each side or until medium rare. Top with cheese and cook another minute or until cheese melts
  3. In a separate medium pan, cook slices of bacon until crispy on both sides
  4. While burgers are cooking, cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Squeeze in the juice of a lime, 1/2 teaspoon salt and cilantro and mash until a few pieces of avocado remain
  5. Place a slice of tomato, onion and lettuce on the buns, top with cheese, two slices of bacon, a large spoonful of guacamole and top with remaining bun

  • 12 slices Urban Meadow® Thick Cut Bacon
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Urban Meadow® Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher or sea salt, divided
  • A sprinke of ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 small lime
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 6 Urban Meadow® Hamburger Rolls
  • 1 tomato, lettuce and onion, sliced to garnish
