Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Lightly coat a baking sheet with non stick cook spray, set aside
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the parsley and toss to combine
- Lay ingredients in an even layer across the baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley

- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, quartered
- 1 (16 oz) bag Essential Everyday California Style Vegetables
- 1 (16 oz) bag Essential Everyday Brussels Sprouts, cut in half
- 2 tsp Essential Everyday Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Essential Everyday Onion Powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3-5 tbsp Essential Everyday Olive Oil
