Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Lightly coat a baking sheet with non stick cook spray, set aside
  3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the parsley and toss to combine
  4. Lay ingredients in an even layer across the baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley

  • 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, quartered
  • 1 (16 oz) bag Essential Everyday California Style Vegetables
  • 1 (16 oz) bag Essential Everyday Brussels Sprouts, cut in half
  • 2 tsp Essential Everyday Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Essential Everyday Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3-5 tbsp Essential Everyday Olive Oil
