St Louis Style Ribs with Apple Cider Vinegar Glaze - Liberty Coke

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees
  2. Season ribs with salt and wrap in foil adding 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar and 1 Tbsp water. Seal foil. Put ribs on baking sheet and roast in oven for 3 hours. When ribs are finished, the meat will expose about three-quarters of an inch of bone. Remove
  3. To make the glaze, put apple cider, honey, lemon juice, cayenne and fennel in a small pot. Put over low heat for 5 minutes so all the ingredients combine and the mixture reduces by ⅔ and can coat the back of a spoon
  4. To finish the ribs, set the oven to broil. Unwrap the ribs and evenly coat ribs with glaze using a brush. Put in the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes, just until the glaze starts to bubble and get some dark spots
  5. Remove and serve with remaining glaze on the side. Enjoy with an Ice Cold Coca-Cola or Peace Tea

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tbsp salt
