Directions
- Heat baked beans per package directions
- In a large bowl, toss coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt and black pepper
- To assemble, divide cooked rice among 4 bowls. Top with chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, tomatoes, avocado, and jalapeno
- Serve with green onions and barbecue sauce

- 3 cups coleslaw mix
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb. grilled barbecue chicken, sliced
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 jalapeno, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
