Directions
- Bring a large pot of water to boil
- In a large bowl, add tomatoes, salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic and basil
- Let marinate ½ hour
- Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions
- Drain pasta and toss into tomato mixture
- Finish with cheese on top and serve

- 1 Pint Yellow Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 Pints Red Cherry Tomatoes
- To taste Sea Salt and Black Pepper
- 6 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 10 Basil Leaves
- 3/4 cup Ricotta Salata Cheese
