Buffalo Chicken Dip - Essential Everyday

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add green onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened
- Add in cream cheese and stir until melted and well combined
- Stir in blue cheese and buffalo sauce, then add in shredded chicken and ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, stirring well to combine
- Transfer to an oval baking dish, then top generously with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown
- Pipe football laces on top of the dip with sour cream (optional)
