Air Fryer Frozen Roasted Vegetables - Essential Everyday

Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400F
- Add frozen vegetables to a large bowl. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning until evenly coated
- Transfer to the basket of your air fryer. Cook for 5 minutes, then stir well. Cook for an additional 5-8 minutes, until vegetables are lightly browned and tender
- Remove from air fryer and serve with dipping sauces of choice
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ea total Essential Everyday Frozen Vegetables (broccoli, brussels sprouts, green beans, carrots, cauliflower, etc)
- 1 tbsp ea Essential Everyday Olive Oil
- 3/4 tsp ea salt
- 1/2 tsp ea black pepper
- 1 tsp ea Essential Everyday Italian Seasoning (optional)
- For serving: ea Essential Everyday dipping sauces, like ranch, buffalo, sweet and sour sauce
