Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. In a large bowl, mix pork, cream cheese, ½ cup sour cream, ¾ cup mozzarella, ¾ cup cheddar, corn, and garlic salt
  3. Pour the dip into a cast iron skillet or an 8-inch round baking dish
  4. Top with the remaining mozzarella and cheddar and bake for 20-25 min or until the cheese is bubbling hot. Let sit for about 3-5 minutes
  5. Top with remaining sour cream and BBQ sauce, jalapeno, chopped red onion, and cilantro
  6. Serve immediately with chips or vegetables of your choice
