Directions
- In large bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt
- In a separate bowl whisk together milk, butter, eggs, and yolk
- Pour the milk mixture into the flour and stir just until combined
- Fold in cheese, ham, and chives
- Heat waffle iron and spray or butter both sides
- Add batter carefully and cook until golden brown
- Serve immediately with maple syrup, if desired

- 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1 3/4 cups Whole Milk
