Directions

  1. In a pot combine Grace Coconut Milk, water and fresh seasonings. Stir, cover and bring to a boil
  2. Add salt and rice and stir. Cover and reduce heat, allow to simmer until grains are cooked
  3. Serve hot with your favourite protein

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 Can Grace Gungo Peas
  • 1 Can Grace Coconut Milk
  • 2 Sprigs Thyme
  • 2 Stalks Escallion (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 whole scotch bonnet pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic (shredded)
  • 6 Pimento seeds
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cups Grace Rice
