Directions

  1. ADD water to a medium pot; boil over high heat. Add ravioli and cook for 3 minutes; strain with a colander and set aside
  2. CREATE egg mixture: add egg, water and flour to a medium bowl; whisk and set aside
  3. MAKE crumb mixture: add breadcrumbs, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper and parmesan to a medium bowl; whisk and set aside
  4. DROP 2-3 ravioli at a time into prepared egg mixture and toss to coat. Use tongs to lift out one at a time, letting them drip momentarily, and place into crumb mixture. Shake until coated, repeat for all ravioli
  5. PLACE ravioli side by side (not touching) in the air fryer; lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray
  6. SET air fryer to 370° F and 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, open and flip the ravioli over, then spray again. Set for 370° F and 3 minutes. Remove when timer sounds
  7. SERVE with warmed marinara and pesto dipping sauces

  • 1 ea Large egg
  • 1 tbsp ea Water
  • 1 tbsp ea Whole wheat (or white) flour
  • 3/4 cup ea Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp ea Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ea Dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp ea Salt
  • 1/8 tsp ea Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp ea Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 ea Olive oil spray
  • 1 cup ea Refrigerated Marinara Sauce
  • 1 pkg ea BUITONI Refrigerated Pesto with Basil (7 oz.)
