Directions
- Combine veal, pork, and beef in a bowl. Mix in eggs, cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper
- Add in the bread crumbs and slowly mix in water until mixture is moist but still holds its shape. Shape the meatballs
- Heat up olive oil in a large skillet; add in the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and slightly crisp, roughly about 10-15 minutes. Remove and place on paper towels to drain

- 1/2 lb ea Ground pork
