Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange chips on large ovenproof serving platter. Top with pulled pork, cheese, tomato, onion and jalapeño
- Bake until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with sour cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 Jalapeño pepper, seeded and thinly sliced crosswise
- 2 cups Pulled pork prepared using McCormick® Slow Cookers BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 cup Tomato, finely chopped
- 8 ounce Tortilla chips, (about 8 cups)
