Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet or oven-safe platter with nonstick spray. While the oven preheats, assemble the nachos
  2. Place half of the chips in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet or platter. Top with half the black beans and arrange half of the Cabot Extra Sharp Cracker Cuts in a single layer on top. Repeat layers with remaining chips, beans, and cheese
  3. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Top with Cabot Sour Cream, sliced jalapeños, chopped red onions, diced tomatoes, sliced scallions, and chopped cilantro, and serve immediately
