Directions

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat
  2. Mix ¼ cup honey with A.1. Sauce. Pour half over fish in a shallow dish, coating both sides. Chill 20 min. In a bowl, toss vegetables with dressing and remaining honey. Spoon onto foil and fold into a packet.
  3. Grill veggie packet 20 min. Discard fish marinade, then grill fish skin-side up 5 min. Flip, brush with half of remaining sauce, and cook 15 min more, brushing occasionally, until fish flakes easily.
  4. Cut slits in foil packet to release steam before opening packet. Sprinkle vegetables with parsley. Serve with fish
