Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges with Hot Honey - Liberty Coke

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cut the sweet potatoes lengthwise into wedges about ¾ inch thick. Place wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spray with oil and sprinkle rosemary and salt. Toss to ensure all potatoes are coated
- Put in oven and bake for 25 minutes or until a knife pierces through easily. Remove, drizzle with hot honey and serve with Ice Cold Coca-Cola or Peace Tea

- 1 tbsp ea hot honey
