Directions

  1. Microwave cream cheese in bowl on HIGH 10 sec. to soften. Add eggs and water; beat with wire whisk until well blended. (Small pieces of cream cheese will remain.) Stir in shredded cheese and green onions
  2. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture and cook 3–4 min, lifting edges to let uncooked egg flow under. When mostly set, fold omelet in half and cook briefly until just set
  3. Slide or flip omelet onto serving plate; cut in half to serve

  • 2 tbsp ea water
  • 2 tbsp ea Kraft shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp ea green onions, sliced
