Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Heat large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef mixture to skillet. Cook and stir until meat is browned
- Reduce heat to medium. Cook 5 minutes longer or until meat is cooked through, stirring frequently
- Serve in lettuce leaves with cooked rice and kimchi, sprinkled with additional sesame seeds and sliced green onion, if desired
