Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Rub pork tenderloin with 2 tablespoons of the Seasoning Mix. Place in center of large shallow foil-lined sheet pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray
  2. Mix sweet potatoes, onions and oil in bowl. Add remaining Seasoning Mix toss to coat well. Arrange around pork on sheet pan
  3. Bake 30 minutes or until pork is desired doneness and sweet potatoes are tender. Slice pork and serve with sweet potatoes and onions

  • 1 Onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 pound Pork tenderloin
  • 2 Sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
