Directions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Mix in the taco seasoning until evenly distributed and fully cooked
  2. Pour ground beef into a large, oven safe dish
  3. Cube cream cheese, processed packaged cheese and pepper jack cheese. Add on top of the ground beef
  4. Add salsa, diced green chile peppers and shredded Mexican cheese evenly over the cubed cheeses and meat
  5. Place pan in oven for 10 minutes then take out and mix together the ingredients
  6. Place the pan back in the oven covered with plastic wrap then tin foil. Take pan out after 20 minutes

  • 1 (8 oz) pkg ea Urban Meadow® pepperjack cheese, cubed
  • 1 (32 oz) pkg ea Processed Cheese Product
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg ea Urban Meadow® Cream Cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg ea Urban Meadow® shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1 lbs ea Urban Meadow® ground beef
  • 1 (1 oz) pkg ea taco seasoning
  • 1 (15.5 oz) jar ea salsa
  • 1 (7 oz) can ea fire roasted green chiles, diced
