Directions
- In a large bowl, add drained & rinsed cannellini beans, red kidney beans & chick peas
- Add celery, red onion and parsley. Set aside
- In a small bowl or jar, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, lemon zest and salt & pepper to tase. Stir to combine
- Pour dressing over bean salad & mix to combine
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

- 2 cups Chopped Celery
- 1 cup Finely Chopped Parsley
- 1 1/2 cups Finely Chopped Red Onion
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
