Directions

  1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Pour into small bowl; stir in taco seasoning mix until combined. Set aside
  2. In the same skillet, heat cream cheese and tomatoes over medium heat 4–5 minutes until smooth. Stir in chiles, cheese, and beef mixture; cook 5 minutes until melted and hot. Pour into a bowl, top with green onion and cilantro, and serve warm with chips

  • 1 lb ea ground beef (at least 80% lean)
  • 1 ea packet (1 oz) Old El Paso Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 12 oz ea (1 1/2 packages) cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 ea can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen Organic Petite Diced Tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 ea can (4 oz) Old El Paso Chopped Green Chiles
  • 2 cups ea shredded Mexican 4-cheese blend
  • Sliced green onion and chopped fresh cilantro, ea to taste
  • Tortilla chips, ea as desired
