Directions
- Beat heavy cream with a hand mixer until its stiff peak form
- Fold in sweetened condensed milk, hot cocoa packets and mini marshmallows
- Transfer mixture to a 9x5 loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula
- top with additional marshmallows and freeze for 5 hours
- Remove from freezer to soften, top with your favorite toppings & serve!
