Directions
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in Instant Pot on SAUTÉ function. Place ground beef in pot. Stir and cook 5 minutes or until cooked, drain excess fat. Add water. Pour in tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce and Seasoning Mix. Close lid. Set Valve to Seal
- Set to cook for 10 minutes on MEAT/STEW function. When done, quick release the pressure. Open the lid once pressure inside the pot is completely released. (Check manufacturer’s manual for safe operating instructions.)

- 2 cans Urban Meadow® Diced tomatoes, undrained (14 1/2 ounces each)
- 2 pounds Urban Meadow® Ground Beef, Lean
- 2 cans Urban Meadow® Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon Urban Meadow® Olive Oil
- 1 can Urban Meadow® Tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup Water
