- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, add onion and cook until translucent
- Stir in garlic, cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds) and add diced tomatoes, red pepper flakes & cayenne pepper. Stir to mix well. Simmer for about 5 minutes,

- 10 cloves ea garlic, minced
- 1 ea red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup ea feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons ea Urban Meadow® olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ea Urban Meadow® salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ea Urban Meadow® black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ea ground cayenne
- Chopped ea crushed red pepper flakes
- For garnish: ea fresh parsley leaves or dill
