Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half
  3. Cook the bacon slices until crispy. Once cooked, crumble into small pieces
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, and salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes to taste
  5. Toss the Brussels sprouts in the honey glaze until they are well coated. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the Brussels sprouts, distributing it evenly
  6. Spread the Brussels sprouts and bacon mixture evenly on a lined, greased baking sheet
  7. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are caramelized and tender, tossing them halfway through for even cooking
  8. Once roasted, transfer the Brussels sprouts and bacon to a serving dish and enjoy!

  • To taste ea Urban Meadow salt and pepper
