Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF. In a small bowl, mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika then set aside
  2. Soak potato wedges in hot water, covered, for 10-minutes. Drain, pat dry and transfer to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle the seasoning mix and toss to coat. Arrange potato wedges on a parchment lined baking pan and bake for 30 minutes
  3. Remove pan from oven, flip potato wedges over and bake for another 30 minutes or until golden. Remove pan from oven and sprinkle with salt and parsley. Enjoy!

  • 2 lbs. russet potato, quartered wedges
  • 4 tbsp Urban Meadow olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp Urban Meadow salt and black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Water, as needed
