Directions
- Cook orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside
- In a bowl, whisk together mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper, mix half into cooked orzo. Add shrimp to remaining marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15–20 minutes
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Toss cooked shrimp with the orzo. Serve warm or at room temperature, enjoy!

- 1 cup orzo pasta of choice
- 1 lb Urban Meadow shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Urban Meadow Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp Urban Meadow lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 3 tbsp Urban Meadow olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Urban Meadow salt and pepper to taste
