Directions
- In a medium bowl, mix sour cream with taco seasoning until smooth. Set aside
- In a shallow serving platter, spread the refried beans evenly as the base layer
- Add the guacamole as the second layer
- Gently spread the seasoned sour cream over the guacamole
- Spoon salsa over the sour cream layer
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly across the top
- Top with olives, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro as the final layer

- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup salsa
- 1½ cups Urban Meadow shredded Mexican blend cheese
- ½ cup Urban Meadow sliced black olives
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
