Quinoa Crunch Bites - Urban Meadow

Directions
- Toast quinoa in a pan over medium heat. Stir constantly until golden brown
- Melt chocolate chips. Stir in coconut flakes, puffed quinoa and protein powder until smooth
- Use a small ice cream scoop to scoop 12 mounds of the mixture and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Top each mound with a slice of strawberry
- Place in fridge or freezer for 30 minutes or until hardened and ready to eat. Enjoy!

- 3 oz. ea Urban Meadow chocolate chips
- 2 ea large strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup ea Urban Meadow coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp ea protein powder
