Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie - Stone Ridge Creamery

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 12 inch cast iron skillet and set aside
- In the bowl of a stand mixer add the melted butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Using a paddle attachment, mix until smooth
- Add the egg, egg yolk, vanilla and mix to combine
- Add the flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Mix on low until all of the ingredients are incorporated, about 2-3 minutes
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips
- Spread the cookie dough evenly in the prepared cast iron skillet. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 8-10 minutes. Top with Stoneridge Creamery Vanilla Ice Cream just before serving

- 2 cups ea all purpose flour

- 3/4 tsp ea baking soda
- 1 tsp ea salt
- 1 1/2 cups ea semi sweet or milk chocolate chips
- 4 to 6 ea scoops of Stoneridge Creamery Vanilla Ice Cream
