Peach Crumble - Stone Ridge Creamery

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a 9 inch pie pan and set aside
- In a large bowl add the peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Mix to combine, ensuring the peaches are fully coated
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie pan
- To make the topping, in a medium sized bowl stir together the flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Add the melted butter and stir to combine
- Sprinkle the topping over the peach mixture
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving
- Serve with Stone Ridge Creamery Vanilla Ice Cream
