Directions
- Preheat 2 inches of oil in a pan over medium heat until oil reaches 350°F
- Combine cream cheese, crab meat, garlic, green onion, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and mix
- Place a teaspoon of filling in the middle of each wonton wrapper, wet edges with a small amount of water, fold into a triangle, or shape of choice, pinching edges together
- Place wontons in a already hot oil and let them fry on each side until golden brown

- 1/2 (1 lb) pkg ea imitation crabmeat, broken into small pieces
- 1 tsp ea Urban Meadow® soy sauce
- 1 tsp ea Urban Meadow® Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (8 oz) pkg ea Urban Meadow® cream cheese
- 1 1/2 Tsp ea garlic, minced
- 2 ea green onions, finely chopped
- 12 oz ea wonton wrappers
- 4-5 cups ea Urban Meadow® vegetable oil
