Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 356°F
  2. In a small pot, heat vegan butter with Violife Just like Cheddar shreds. Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk until nicely melted for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat
  3. Boil macaroni according to packet instructions, rinse and drain. Place back in the pot and top with the Violife cheesy sauce, mixing well until evenly coated
  4. Spoon into a cast iron pan and top with breadcrumbs and the Violife Just like Parmesan
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes

  • 1 (5.29 oz) pkg ea Violife Just Like Parmesan, finely grated
  • 4 tbsp ea Violife vegan butter
  • 2 tsp ea onion powder
  • 2 tsp ea garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp ea smoked paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp ea salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp ea ground black pepper
  • 17.5 oz ea cavatappi pasta
  • 6 tbsp ea Urban Meadow® breadcrumbs
