Directions
- Prepare a griddle or panini press
- Butter one side of each of the bread slices
- Place one bread slice buttered side down on the griddle. Top with Slices, tomato and basil
- Place the other slice of bread on top buttered side up. Griddle 3-4 minutes on each side, pressing slightly during griddling. Bread should be golden brown and cheese should be melted

- 2 slices ea sourdough bread (or your preference)
- 2 tbsp ea vegan butter, softened
- optional ea fresh basil
- 2 ea Vitalite™ plant-based cheddar style slices
- 2 ea heirloom tomato slices, cut ¼” thick
