Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF
  2. Cook sausage 3–5 min until browned. Layer sausage, artichokes, and cheese in pie shell. Beat eggs, cream, and seasonings; pour in. Bake at 350°F for 15 min, then at 325°F for 20 min until set. Rest 10 min before slicing

  • 1 (12 oz) pkg ea Aidells® artichoke & garlic sausage, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz) pkg ea canned or frozen artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1/2 cup ea fontina cheese, grated
  • 1 ea deep dish pie shell
  • 4 ea Urban Meadow® eggs
  • 1 cup ea light cream
  • 1/2 tsp ea Urban Meadow® salt
  • 1/4 tsp ea cayenne pepper
