Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, heavy cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, and sugar, and mix until the ricotta is light and fluffy
- Brush both sides of the bread with olive oil. Toast the bread until golden on each side, then cut in half
- Spread the ricotta on one side of the toast, drizzle with honey, and top with arugula, 1 slice of prosciutto, figs and walnuts

- 1/2 cup ea toasted walnuts, chopped
